Question 1

What do the VIP plans cost?

Accepted Answer

VIP Monthly is $149 per month, VIP 3 Months is $399 as a one-time payment covering 90 days, and VIP Yearly is $690 per year — the best value at roughly two months free.

Question 2

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New members get a 7-day free trial, one per person. The trial ends automatically after 7 days and no access continues unless you start a paid plan.

Question 3

Why can't I start a second trial with a new email?

Accepted Answer

Trials are tracked per verified person, and address variations such as Gmail dots and plus-aliases are normalised. Disposable inboxes are rejected, so only a real, confirmed email address can claim a trial.

Question 4

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal on your Account page. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Question 5

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Signals are an analysis service and results vary with your own execution, so payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Use the free trial first to decide whether the service fits you.

Question 6

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card payments through our secure hosted checkout, and crypto (USDT Solana or BTC) confirmed manually by an admin.

Question 7

How fast does access start after paying by card?

Accepted Answer

Immediately. As soon as the payment clears, your membership is activated, the VIP feed unlocks, and a payment confirmation email is sent to you.

Question 8

How does crypto payment work?

Accepted Answer

Choose crypto at checkout, send the exact amount to the wallet shown, then submit your transaction hash. An admin verifies the transfer on-chain and activates your membership, and you receive the same confirmation email.

Question 9

Do I get a receipt?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every cleared payment triggers a confirmation email with your plan, the amount, the payment method and your access expiry date.

Question 10

Is my card data stored on this site?

Accepted Answer

No. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider's hosted checkout. The site never sees or stores your card number.

Question 11

How are signals delivered?

Accepted Answer

Each signal lands in your members dashboard, is pushed to the private VIP Telegram channel, and is emailed to members who opted in — all at the same moment.

Question 12

What is inside a signal?

Accepted Answer

The pair, the direction (BUY or SELL), the entry price, the stop loss, take profit 1 and take profit 2, the timeframe, and a confidence score with a short written rationale.

Question 13

How many signals do you post?

Accepted Answer

Up to four high-conviction setups per scan, and the market is scanned every 15 minutes around the clock — forex and gold through the trading week, crypto seven days a week. Setups run from 15-minute scalps to daily swing trades. No valid setup means no signal.

Question 14

How do I join the VIP Telegram channel?

Accepted Answer

Once your payment is confirmed, open Account and request your invite. You receive a single-use link to the private channel, and access is revoked automatically when a membership ends.

Question 15

What if I miss an alert?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is lost. Every signal stays in your dashboard feed with its full details, and closed trades are published on the public track record page.

Question 16

What risk do you use per trade?

Accepted Answer

A fixed, published risk per trade — no martingale and no hidden position sizing. The signals guide explains exactly how position size is calculated.

Question 17

Can I request a signal for a specific pair?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Members can submit a request on the booking page with the pair, the direction they are watching, the timeframe and a preferred date.

Question 18

What happens after I book?

Accepted Answer

You get a reference number on screen and a confirmation email with the trade details and current status. The request also appears in your booking history.

Question 19

How will I know when it is reviewed?

Accepted Answer

The status on your booking history updates as an admin reviews it, and any resulting setup is published to the VIP feed like a normal signal.

Question 20

Is booking guaranteed to produce a signal?

Accepted Answer

No. If the market does not offer a valid setup on that pair, no signal is issued — discipline over volume, always.
